HOW TO BOOK:
PRAE WOOD CLUBS
Prae Wood Clubs are booked via the Parents Evening System
Autumn Term 2023 will open for booking from 20:00 on Wednesday 19th July until 20:00 on Monday 4th September via the following link:

Clubs run by external providers should be booked directly via the provider

ALL Clubs are offered on a first come first served basis
Most afterschool clubs are not gender specific and are open to all, unless stated otherwise e.g. Girls Football

Bookings go live for ALL Prae Wood Clubs via Parents Evening System on WEDNESDAY 19th July at 20:00 and close Monday 4th September at 20:00 (unless sold out prior to this date).

Please download and print a copy of the timetable as each club may start and finish at differing times and run on differing weeks
Our clubs are very popular so please only sign your child up if they really want to attend and you are confident that they can manage an additional activity after school.
If you require childcare after school please use RASCals for this rather than signing up for a club your child doesn’t want to attend as this causes upset for the child and also prevents another child from having a place.
All clubs, whether run by Prae Wood or an external provider are offered on a first come, first served basis.
Please note:
For your information these clubs will have a maximum number both for health & safety reasons and to ensure the quality of delivery.
We will always communicate with parents if clubs are to be cancelled, for example due to extreme wet conditions. Please assume that all clubs are running unless you are told otherwise. We will let you know as soon as possible, but you will appreciate that in many cases we need to obtain information from external club providers.
Behaviour:
