Mrs Gritz is our Sustainability Lead. She works with pupils and parents to examine and implement ways in which we can behave in a more environmentally sustainable way as a school.

Her pupil team, the Eco Warriors, meet regularly with her and communicate ideas to their class. Recent initiatives have included sorting waste and recycling more effectively, as well as saving water and electricity.

Parents are welcomed in regularly to help with Eco Working parties, targeting specific areas of the school site. Recent additions have been a wildflower meadow, bug hotel and wormery. We also manage outdoor areas to encourage and support wildlife.
