TRANSITION INFORMATION FOR 2025-26

This half term we have been talking to classes about transition for September because we view transition as a process rather than a one-off event. Some children need lots of preparation and others can cope with change more readily. As always, it is a fine balance of meeting individual, class and cohort needs.
